  • Active Oversight: Direct construction monitoring and oversight on the Owner’s behalf through substantial completion.

  • Bottleneck Resolution: Proactively identifying and resolving field issues, scheduling delays, and supply bottlenecks.

  • Financial Protection: Rigorous review of all change orders and monthly contractor pay applications.

  • Project Closeout: Direct monitoring through final inspections, punch lists, and the final pay request.

We offer transparent, predictable monthly pricing scaled to your total project budget. All engagements feature a $24,000 contract minimum. Fees may vary based on project complexity and specific location.
